Sharing Your Screen
This is a welcomed feature in my humble opinion. I can not recall how many times I have fought the overhead projector to properly conduct a presentation in a team environment. Windows 7 brings to the table a utility named displayswitch.exe. If you are more of a command line guru Microsoft has you covered here as well.
The command line switches are: /internal, /clone, /extend, /external
Otherwise you can use the hotkey WIN+P to access these settings:

Help Desk Support
Do you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to report an issue with your operating system to the help desk and you can not recall the exact steps to identify and reproduce the problem? In steps the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR for short). PSR is a screen-capture utility that allows the end-user to record the problems they’re having step-by-step. Simply click “record” and a HTML-based file is converted to a .ZIP folder, which is easily passed on to the help desk.
PSR is found under the Control Panel under “Record steps to reproduce a problem” or run psr.exe from Explorer.

BitLocker
While this was introduced in Vista it has been extended in Windows 7 with Bitlocker To Go which now allows you to encrypt USB devices and external hard drives. With today’s society being a mobile world it is more important than ever to protect your data. Be sure to check out NeoWin’s extensive write-up on the subject.

Rotate Your Desktop Wallpaper
Windows 7 allows you to personalize your desktop. If you’re like me you get tired of looking at the same wallpaper day after day. Here is where a new shuffle feature for your desktop wallpapers comes to the rescue. You can program your desktop background to shuffle through your favorite images as often as you perfer. To enable the shuffle feature, “right click” on your Desktop and select “Personalize,” then “Desktop Background.” Select the folder where your photos are located and make your selection. Make sure you check the “Shuffle” box, and choose the interval you want these photos to change.
